Better than most - know your audience's interests

I should have read the description more carefully. This kit was the best out of the three I've bought. It came complete with a hook and a pre-made flexible/soft canvas. I bought this item for my 5 year old granddaughter. At first she was enthusiastic, but she didn't have the skill to do it alone. I wish the yarn was a little longer. These projects can also take hours to complete. Know your audience's level of tolerance/patience. :)

Read before buying

Tougher than it looks. I got these for my 10 year old granddaughter and it was frustrating and a lot harder. To make it full and look exactly how you want it to look, you need to put yarn in each corner of the square so that all squares are wrapped with four pieces of yarn. That's going to be very tight. This is going to be very difficult and I'm 58 years old and I'm struggling with this, I started this 3 months ago. I work on it every day for about an hour and I'm not done yet.

Incomplete sentence! The problem was quickly resolved.

Last updated! I received the complete set as promised by the company. I am changing my rating from one star to four stars. I'm not giving five stars because of the initial issue, but customer service was responsive and quickly fixed the issue. UPDATE: Since I ordered this kit in mid-October, Revain's 30-day return window had expired, so I contacted Kahootz directly. Got an immediate response from the manufacturer and they promised a new kit. Will be updated again once the kit is received…
