Review on Kayak Bestway Hydro-Force Ventura 280 cm, turquoise/black by Gabriela Bartosik-Ci ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Cool product, happy with the purchase, maybe I'll buy it again.

The kayak was bought in order to go without a car on weekend hikes. For these purposes, it is more than suitable. I put it in a 45-liter sportsmaster backpack, oars, a pump and a seat rides outside. Seat. This is perhaps the most ill-conceived thing in a fairly good set. It is not inflatable and clumsy, so at the end we get a bulky thing that serves only to support your back when rowing, you will sit on your booty in the water at the bottom. Other than that, I haven't noticed any significant downsides. It strains the paddle from the kit a little with the principle of its assembly and dimensions (I would like a little more authentic with a height of 175), but we will survive it. There are a lot of places in the kayak, the same backpack is perfectly thrown behind the back and rides on the stern. The legs in front stretch out calmly (unlike the front cockpit of the Khatanga), and there will still be room to put something between the legs. Not very fast, but this is generally a minus of inflatables. It holds the wave on the Gulf of Finland without any problems, everything that pours is poured out on the shore through a special valve. In general, in the conditions of the departure of Decathlon and its Itwit kayak line - take it, they differ from Decathlon only in the shape of the hull and, damn it, the seat!

Pros
  • Compact, fits in a backpack, very stable, quickly assembled even alone, dries relatively quickly. An adult is comfortable.
Cons
  • In general, an ill-conceived seat, not the best paddle in the kit. Open - water will pour inside.

Very fast and easy to pump up, can be folded compactly
