Wrong color received and doesn't fit

I ordered medium pink for my 8 lb cat. It was blue and surgery was imminent so I didn't have time to go back. It was the right size for her, but was a little too short, making her uncomfortable. it was better than a cone and was used to keep her from licking the incision but getting upset because it was the wrong color and she felt uncomfortable in it.
