I loved how easy it was to attach the attachment. It's very easy to wear. However, I'm a tall person and it fits my wrist snugly. While the band that came with it fit my wrist a little better, I had a reaction to the material and couldn't wear it. This band solves that problem, but it's a little tight and leaves a trace of stretch band so I have to switch it from wrist to wrist during the day to prevent this. I would recommend it to people who want to replace the original tape.
