Good quality components at a reasonable price - poor instructions
The instructions were missing arrows which I have drawn and included here for other buyers. If you wired it wrong you could easily fry the relay as the 30 amp circuit breaker draws enough current to trip it. The relay included in this kit is a 60 amp relay, which is a pretty high rating for the wiring, but I haven't even seen a couple of large fans draw over 40 amps on a cold crank. It would be nice to put a small dab of Teflon sealant on the very top of the threads. Thus, the lower thread ensures a good ground connection on the transmitter. I just can't imagine NPT fittings being dry connected as they usually start weeping after a while.
