Review on Viair 28021 280C Spec Compressor by Darth Calder

I bought this air compressor 4 months ago and was planning to install it and installed it for my F150's onboard air system, used a 2 gallon aluminum tank and manifold. Under the hood for the pressure switch and valve I would estimate that this compressor had less than 30 minutes run time and it failed. I tested the system with an electrician and the results showed the compressor had failed, I could see maybe it had been 300 hours and it had failed but this compressor hasn't even broken in. I absolutely cannot recommend this product for the price. So beware of products made in China, sometimes I think we are just being fooled and flooding the market with junk. :(
