Review on Veva HEPA Filter B Replacement and Carbon Pre-Filters Pack of 2 - Compatible with Germ Guardian Models AC4900CA, AC4825, AC4850PT, AC4820 - Air Purifier Enhancement by Ioulia Cats

I have read numerous reviews from people claiming that the two HEPA filters included in this pack are not real HEPA filters. Received my order today and the box is clearly marked HEPA in 8 different places! Additional labeling can be found in the accompanying documentation and on the filters themselves. One review even stated that they were third-party tested as part of an allergy study. The person did not provide the name of the testing party or a link to view the results. I view it the way I normally view wild stories on the internet and "anonymous" sources - with skepticism. And these HEPA and carbon filters are exactly the same size and markings as the original filters that came with our AC4825E. Somewhere while searching for these filters I saw a question about a flashing red LED indicating it was time to change the filter. The problem is that the indicator has not turned green after changing the filter. The solution to this, at least on the AC4825E, is to press and hold the small round reset button just below the power/fan speed switch. Hold for 5-10 seconds to reset. gene
