Review on 🔆 3W RV Wall Reading Lamp with Copper USB Port - Low Voltage LED Flexible Surface Mounted Wall Light - Warm White Light Ideal for Dry Environments by Michael Rasberry

We bought these lamps to replace our 10 year old RV reading lamps. The old lanterns were thin stainless steel, with a large multi-diode bulb and a simple switch. This new flashlight is made from machined aluminum with a much stronger finish that resembles a billet (weighs about a pound). Instead of "too bright" white light from dozens of LEDs, you get softer, warmer light from one large LED. But still enough light to illuminate a 4-5 foot area well. A small blue night light works well and throws enough light (in the dark) so I can see what I'm looking for at night without waking my wife up with a bright light. The dimming function is fantastic! I was concerned about the small screws that came with the mounting plate but after installing and tightening the set screw it seems really solid. Installation is easy, I used butt connectors, a lighter (to shrink the ends), a pilot hole drill and a wire stripper/cutter. The hardest part was pushing the original wiring into the wall of the RV, interfering with the RV's insulation. (There is also room for wires behind the lamp.) Approximately 15 minutes per lamp if you have previously spliced.
