I bought the Hyper Cloud X gaming headset after returning the Logitech G533, they were TERRIBLE just bad. I've seen the Hyper Cloud X, they had good reviews, they appeared in the Top 5 Gaming Headsets video. So I took a chance and decided to buy the updated version because Amazon gives you 90 days. I have to say these are great headphones, they are EXTREMELY comfortable. They don't use 7.1 surround sound, but they sound very good. When they're on me I don't hear any other sounds. Now I understand what noise reduction really means! Wireless is smooth and instant. I mean it connects instantly. 30 feet is easy, maybe 40 feet before losing connection, but when you're back in range, it reconnects immediately! I have commented on how comfortable and light they feel on my head. I watch movies with them and it feels like I'm in a movie. I'm a gamer strategist and I love the sound I'm hearing right now: guns clicking, men calling each other names, birds chirping, boots crunching, bullets ricocheting, work.
