Decent quality for the price. Fits snugly in the seat and doesn't sag like other organizers I've tried. Fits well for 2017 Toyota RAV4 seat, not too long and not too wide. The bottom strap holding it in place worked better than expected. I tightened it, slipped the strap into the slot in the seat, and now it's completely invisible from the front and stays securely in place. The top is a bit tricky, adjusting the buckle so it's outside of the passenger's neck area took some tweaking and trial and error, but it tightened where I wanted. Pockets, they hang outwards. There is no firmness or elasticity to keep them drawn to the seat. However, it is excellent for lighter items such as cell phone, books, cables. The mesh bottle pocket is the only pocket that keeps heavy items upright. Making the seat more upright would probably help with this, but it makes the seat uncomfortable for the passenger. But overall the job is done and the very long miserable car ride is better and the back seat is less cluttered. Worked fantastic with the tablet mount on the headrest and held chargers, cables etc well.
