Comes with both belts---motor to clutch and clutch to brush. The clutch has to be disassembled to install the belt, but it's not difficult at all for those who are mechanically inclined; If your toolbox has the required torx drivers, you'll probably be able to handle them. They seemed to be of good quality - although it's hard to tell without using them for a long time - but they haven't had any issues over a few months of weekly use so I'd say they're holding up well. With prices ranging from $4 to $25 for most likely the same belts, it's worth checking out the stores. There is a brush tape installation tool that will certainly make the job easier for one person. easy, but I managed to tension the belt with two screwdrivers and have an assistant attach the pulley; It took a bit of fiddling, but unless you're replacing them regularly I'd skip this tool. I'd say the whole process took about half an hour and I disassembled and cleaned everything at the same time (including the brush bearings which were factory installed the wrong way around and were therefore clogged with dirt).
