Review on Strengths Profile by Jay Campbell

I like that it's very easy to understand - you can have people who just use this as self-reflection and learning or they might actually consider using for performance measurement purposes with their team/superiors! At first i felt uncomfortable (as some are) but after playing around here & there i found what was good about each question/input option that helped me reflect upon my life path decisions so far in order gain direction from this reflection point of view too within myself.

It gives great insight when working together internally/professionally though maybe not at a senior management level? Having someone external looking over ones back would be nice sometimes however if we were all doing our own individual assessments then no issues there either way i guess for internal teams only!! Great product worth exploring through trial etc before deciding whether it suits your needs exactly or any questions arise regarding practical I love how it gives me more insight about my own personality as well other people's personalities too! The feedback given by others to see where you can learn from them or improve yourself in order for this software works wonders!! Nothing much that i dislike but maybe some of its features are not fully developed yet (like using images instead text) so would be better if they could add those later when ever needed/requested.
