It's easy to use (as compared with other similar tools), it provides clear feedback that can be used in training programs for employees or clients alike! I don't particularly like how long some of my assessments take - but this could just have been me as opposed to something specific about their software/website design? We've started using them at work now so we're seeing if they help us improve our team culture & performance through coaching sessions etc.- which has helped identify areas where
