Review on HotelEYE by Michael Reynolds

I like that you can see who is in each room from anywhere within our property! It has been very helpful when it comes to guest service requests or if we need help finding someone at an event/function etc., but sometimes there are some minor glitches (I think this could be addressed by updating their app). We have not found any issues yet as far what they provide for us so i would say its great!! If anyone reading wants more information about how easy using them was please feel free ask me :) The ability to easily access all rooms throughout my entire facility without having physical keys made things much easier than before - especially during busy times where multiple people were trying get into one area quickly!
