Also known as 1/2 gallon bags. with our Weston Sealer. I buy 2# blocks of cheese that we cold smoke and I cut the 2# block into 6 pieces and 2-3 of them fit perfectly in these bags (after smoking they need to mature for a few months). These pouches are not kept in the small fridge we keep them in for aging. They are of excellent quality and arrived in a very short time, well packaged and in good condition. I love grilling/smoking, so they're great for pickling too. Grilled meat for one or two servings.
