Our son loved this book when we first got it. He learned how to press buttons and he really enjoyed pressing each of them. After 5 months the song was not finished. You pressed a button and playback stopped midway through. Eventually you hit the button and it won't play at all. We thought it was batteries so we bought new ones but no luck. They're dead forever. At first I thought the reviews of this broken thing were a fluke, but no, it must be a trend. Our book has been handled with care and has never been bent or damaged by water. I wish I could get a working replacement. Now we have a really thick old-fashioned book.
