On-ear headphones not worth it

Our daughter is deaf and uses bone conduction hearing aids, we have been looking for good bone conduction headphones for her so that she can use the devices in our car when traveling and uses headphones like everyone else , we hoped they would work for her, but more sound comes out of headphones than through bones. Definitely more like regular headphones than bone conduction. It didn't suit her at all.
