Great little device to get coconut water
It's very easy to cut a green coconut and drain the juice with this device. This can also work with old coconuts, but since they've hardened, lots of small splinters can break off and fall into the liquid. Then you may need to strain it. But overall it's a surprisingly simple, effective device, and far more humane than using a machete. The company should read the instructions on the packaging as the point is to remove the coconut from the "troika" and not the tree. Well, not all Chinese copywriters are so fluent in English!
