This product is a great idea but its flimsy construction makes it a nightmare. I spent all morning making soup and planned on storing it in gallon ziplocks in the freezer. Each bag was about half full when one of them slipped right out of the brackets, spilling the soup on the counter, floor and me. I've included some amazing photos to show the carnage. I am absolutely miserable and more than a little angry. If their bases were weighted (or fitted with suction cups) and the clamps were stronger - perhaps rubberized to grip bags - it would be a very useful product. On the contrary, it's completely useless and has cost me quite a bit of wasted food ingredients and time. Thanks for ruining my day Jokari!
