I have been doing acupuncture for several years and have also used cupping during the sessions. I decided to buy one for myself to help whenever I'm experiencing lower back pain, either from poor posture or intense yoga poses, and feel a bit uncomfortable for the next few days. I would say they work pretty well and come with instructions to help you place the cups in the right spots for the issues you are having. Note: You will need someone else to create it for you and follow the instructions provided. I'm flexible but still can't fully dress them as a person as shown in the brochure. Benefits and what's important - yes it worked to release tension or a sore area. Sometimes even 5 minutes help. I recommend this product and have been using it since I bought it over a year ago. The price and performance of this product are unbeatable. 5 stars in my experience. Also if you are worried about the mark disappearing and then getting dark. It just means you need more doses in that area. As you keep working on them, they'll stop being dark, heal much easier, and become less purple. The darker they are, the more stress you have in that area, keep it up and relax.
