Review on 🔒 Enhanced Security Combo: Kwikset Juno Keyed Entry Door Knob and Deadbolt Pack with Microban Antimicrobial Protection and SmartKey Security in Satin Nickel by Stephen Ball

Update 7/25/19: Ok after using graphite spray and keep reinstalling the phone after spraying it - about 5 times, the phone locks and unlocks now smoothly and easily. The bolt clicked perfectly the first time and didn't need greasing. I have to say that Kwikset's customer service is excellent in that they will send you replacement parts when needed. No questions were asked. However, it can take a long time to wait for a response over the phone, so I would recommend using the website to communicate. In fact, it takes up to 10 days to receive the parts. Previous: I've been using these Kwikset smart key sets since they first came out. Probably sometime in 2010. So far I've had really good performance and few problems. The last two where we changed the key had an issue where the latch changed correctly and the new key worked smoothly in that latch. But the knob/knob didn't rotate smoothly after changing the key for some reason. In fact, you have to wiggle and twist it a bit before it even spins. I kept trying to change the key hoping that would fix the problem. But that's not the case. This edition was exclusive to a specific key in my son's new house. Perhaps the cylinders in these units are more spirited on certain key cuts? Or maybe it's just a quality control issue? Not sure but very disappointed and now I have to wait 7-10 days for Kwikset to send me a new pen. I just hope the new part runs smoothly once we recode it.
