Despite being oil based they have a fairly vibrant color and are buildable in my opinion for the amount you are paying for. They rub off but for the price I paid I don't pay attention to what's going on on my fingers. In fact, I really like them and I will use them for my friends and for myself. I will update my review after using it with pictures and whether I buy it again or not. I just wanted to share my first thoughts on it and my impression of it. From now on I know that I will enjoy them. *I've had sunlight coming in and out so my skin doesn't bother me too much but I'm light tan *4 stars for now but once used I'll see if I like it more or if it wows me or not *
