Extremely light. I never thought a bottle could be so light lol I don't use it for shorter races (half marathon). It's too hard to get out of the backpack and secure yourself quickly when you're chasing the time. If you don't insert it firmly, it may cause the package to bounce up and rub against your collarbone. I read a review from an ultra runner who said it was the only bottle that didn't hurt her ribs. If you run 30+ miles, this is definitely something to consider. They're perfect for hikes or extra-long runs where you don't mind stopping for a minute or so and don't want to carry around a large bottle. very good quality, glad I bought it.
