This is the worst thing I bought on here I suggest no one to get these they don't have any kind of noise cancellation at all and the iner earpiece is so flimsy and thin they just keep on falling out of my ears thankfull that they was just 4.99 i did put these in my ears as much as I can and I watched a full movie with them in and I heard every word in the movie very clearly so as far as quiet sleep no that's why I got them but if you want to use them for a swim try it out it might work as far as the rating with stars 0 on each and I do repeat don't get them for noise cancellation they don't cut out any noise
