For many years I've been trying to find something that could replace Shaikologie. The old shakeology before they changed the formula was the best protein shake I've ever had. I love that there are different formulas for joint and skin health. I have arthritis in my hands and believe it or not since I started using the Joint Health formula I can tell the difference. I also like that it's plant based. Would like more fiber. What I'm having trouble with is the texture. I have a Ninja Professional Blender and blend it with almond milk, berries and some ice almost every day and other ingredients on other days. But I can't get a gentle shake Don't get me wrong - it's not bad. The vanilla flavor is normal, not sweet and leaves no aftertaste. Maybe I'll get used to the texture over time. Bottom line: I will buy this again because it's a pretty good price for being pure and plant-based.
