Review on Goodyear Ultra Grip Ice Arctic 195/60 R15 88T winter by Janis Bike ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

I drive a 2022 Forester 2.5 manual. I bought this rubber over a year ago, but I have only been using it for the first winter since November. We have a very different climate in the Hong Kong Territory, sometimes snow, sometimes -30. At first, I didn’t drive confidently, moving away from the old breeches that simply carried my car along the road in any direction except the one I turned into. But then he nevertheless decided to give gas, and what would you think. Everything is fine. At any reasonable speed for winter, they turn. Snow is not a problem. Ice, no, I haven't heard! =)) According to the spikes, everything seems to be intact, although it happens in the parking lot near the shopping center that you go into a drift. So for those who value 110% confidence, this is your choice. Although everything should not be attributed to rubber, because the brain is needed for thoughts, and even ultra super rubber will not save you if you drive 200+ km in winter on ice before turning . Good luck, I hope the review will be useful to you. Decided to add. It's already summer outside. For all the use of this rubber, there were a lot of cases when it just saved me. At the end of winter, I was completely insolent and was already gaining 140 km / h on any surface. Ice sharply turning into a snow roll, everything is simply not how much, at the end of winter, absolutely all the spikes remained. I am very glad that next winter my head doesn’t hurt anymore, about winter tires, but I’ll just put this one again and go =)))

Pros
  • 1. Perfectly show themselves on any surface 2. Quiet (not like Velcro, but still) 3. Well balanced 4. Spikes seem to be strong.
Cons
  • Haven't revealed yet
