Height 5ft 2cm, weight 130lbs, muscular build. I'm small pretty much across the board so I felt safe ordering small from them. They are definitely larger than I'm used to from spandex shorts, so I could either leave them alone or swap them out for an Xsmall. If the material was very thin or transparent I wouldn't feel safe zooming out, but the material is quite thick and actually very soft. Compression is out of the question, but there is a seam at the top of the waistband that I think will help keep them from riding down.
