They work very well. I bought bullets and two large dice. As long as both work, I prefer dice (personal choice). The product consists of three main sections. silicone mold. Styrofoam insulates the ground from cold, causing the cubes to freeze from top to bottom. When ice freezes, impurities and air in the water are pushed down. under the silicone mold. This lower part will be fogged. but the dice will be clear. Discard the frozen ice cream from the bottom (under the silicone mold) and replace with water to make the next batch. It is important that the ice freezes from top to bottom to get clear cubes.
