I have an oxo shower holder that just uses a set of small weak suction cups for tile resistance. They didn't help much when I had smooth tiles and then moved to an apartment with rough tiles. Since it usually hangs on a pipe, it wobbles a little with every movement. When I took something from him, he leaned forward and it felt like I was supporting him with one hand every time I touched something. I cleaned the backs of two plastic cart bins and tiles and attached them to the wall with large bath strips. So far it's rock solid and doesn't wobble when I pump up a shampoo bottle or similar. It's only been a month or so, but there's no sign of relaxation yet.
