I was hoping to find a suitable replacement for my Logitech Harmony remotes so I bought these to control my Samsung TV, Tivo Edge and Vizio Soundbar. Right after I took it out of the box, I encountered a problem - the battery cover is difficult to remove without using tools that damage the plastic of the case. There's a diagram in the owner's manual that makes it seem like the cover just slides out of the way, but actually you have to pry it off with a screwdriver or similar tool. Code for my Vizio soundbar and when I tried to go through the learning process the command didn't sync and learn - it just got into an infinite loop where SofaBaton pointed to the soundbar, pressed a button and got nothing. happen. The instruction manual didn't help much - the instructions just weren't clear. Of course you can find videos online showing you how to set this thing up, but after those hiccups early in the process I decided it wasn't worth it to me. Return is easier.
