For 3 years I had a pinched nerve in my back causing temporary paralysis and finally I was able to walk with a shuffling gait. I had no feelings under my deception except pressure. They are really snug as they should be but you must read the size chart. I need a big one if my clothes are medium sized. For some reason, compression garment manufacturers work less, so buy more, and some purchases are unexpected for plus size women. When I'm not wearing them my feet get oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo heavily to walk on. I can be on my feet all day with them. This is life changing for me.
