Bought this chair for my elderly mother while she was doing jigsaw puzzles. While this chair is great on its own, the cushion is very comfortable, but assembling it was a tedious task that left me endlessly frustrated. First, the instructions say you need to install the pillow first. DO NOT DO THAT! The pad does not catch the screws due to the hairiness of the pad. Instead, place the backrest on the chair first, and then the cushion. Unfortunately I feel like I received a faulty product as the 3 screws are not hooked even after I reassembled it 2 times. Thankfully, it didn't ruin the product itself. It is very comfortable. However, the screw in the lever keeps falling out and is NOT caught to stay in place. While I'm glad it arrived on time, I'm disappointed that I received such a faulty product at such a high price.
