The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. It also has a great reporting tool that allows you to create complex reports without having to write any code. I like how it allows me to track leads and opportunities through my CRM. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to load. When this happens it can be frustrating. If you're looking for a tool that will help you with your Salesforce data, then this is the product for you. We are able to track our pipeline, identify opportunities, and keep close tabs on our deals.
