Great tool which will improve efficiency and reduce errors

The best thing about this software is that it allows me to do my job with ease as I can see all necessary information from one screen rather than having multiple tabs open or different screens for each task/step within an order process - also helps keep track if anything has been missed (or not). Great software, even better customer service

I love that we can track all our leads with one system- not to mention how easy it is for us as salespeople! It's so helpful when you're out working calls or trying connect back home after an event/meeting etc.- plus my manager loves being able see where he needs more help from me (and vice versa). There are some features they could maybe add such as lead scoring but overall this product has been great!! We've saved tons by using prelay vs other services like Callbox & Ringba - also now there…

The best part about Prelay is that it provides you with the right team members and internal stakeholders involved in a deal at the right time. It is very easy to use and has a very friendly user interface. There is nothing to dislike about Prelay. It is an excellent tool for deal management. The only thing I dislike about Prelay is that it is quite expensive. You can't afford to buy it on a regular basis. This is because the price is quite high.
