I haven't installed it yet because I'm frustrated that I didn't know the switch on the handset didn't work and turned it off completely. It's just a pause button. I figured I could use it to clean the shower and trim easier. Also, I had to turn it on and off because I'm too small to reach the switch at the top. It doesn't fit my ball head shower head. connectors, so I don't know what to do with them. I also have to tilt the larger shower head back and forth on the larger shower head so I guess I'll have to buy an adjustable lever which adds to the cost. Not sure if the adjustable arm goes too far as I use a disabled shower chair and have to stand and then sit. I wanted it to be adjustable up and down as I can't stand further if it can't be adjusted. Most handheld showerheads don't have the same power as a full-size showerhead, so using just that part of a decent shower is difficult. I wish I could pay more attention to what he does and doesn't do and be more aware of the ball and socket problem. I give 3 stars because the description seems misleading. I don't know what to do to make it work properly. I may update it after figuring everything out and if it works the same way as described.
