Capacity issues are best seen in toner cartridges

Installed 2 weeks ago and printed less than 25 pages. The status report says I've printed over 400 pages and can print 500 more with 60% remaining. I understand this is approximate; However, that's a far cry from the 1,500-page requirement and the amount we've already printed on the status report. I can't reach HP support by phone - the line just drops but seems to be connected. I'll get back to you if I don't get an answer soon.
