I understand they make most of their money selling supplies but it was expensive. On the other hand, it will take a long time, so maybe not that bad overall. I will not use 3rd party inks because I have had too many issues with 3rd party inks in the past.

I am dissatisfied with this black toner cartridge because I only got it in November but I did not have the opportunity to install it until January, not even have 250 hundred pages I got a low ink warning and the printout is very light. Now I'm starting to worry a little about this product because I think they're trying to scam people.

Installed 2 weeks ago and printed less than 25 pages. The status report says I've printed over 400 pages and can print 500 more with 60% remaining. I understand this is approximate; However, that's a far cry from the 1,500-page requirement and the amount we've already printed on the status report. I can't reach HP support by phone - the line just drops but seems to be connected. I'll get back to you if I don't get an answer soon.

This is the second HP black toner product I have purchased from Revain. The first was a partial cartridge replacement that came with an HP printer. The second toner cartridge lasted as long as I expected as I rarely print in full colour). The fact that the cartridge is a legitimate HP product is proven by the fact that the product was shipped in a box in which you must return the used cartridge directly to HP for postage-free recycling.

I received the toner on August 24, 2018 but did not use it until August 29th. Although I work from home, I don't make many copies per month. This cartridge should last for 1,500 copies. I didn't even do half of it. Today I got a message on the printer that the toner is almost empty and the print quality will be bad. I have purchased this toner in several different colors in the past and have never had this problem and I have a feeling the problem is only with this one cartridge. For this reason

Works well. I use it at home so I don't print as much as I do at work. That being said, next time I will order a high-capacity black printer and a normal color printer. The HP laser printer is excellent and as good as the big printers at work. I use it to print barcodes and even if I scan it or make copies, the barcodes are still readable. 4 stars only because I had to get a high performance in black and the price is a bit high! Oh, a big bonus is
