Review on 🧲 EL JEFE Heavy-Duty Winch Cover for 8000-13000 lb. Winches by Joseph Ramos

I bought this to cover my 10K Smittybilt X2O with synthetic tether on a '04 Jeep TJ. It covers the winch well and the elastic is a very wide band that feels solid. When I took it out of my pocket I couldn't believe how it looked and felt. It was very nice and looked like it cost a lot more than it was. I am very impressed and think it looks great on my jeep. To protect it and keep it in good condition I used 303, a UV protectant spray. I used it for motorcycle bags, the material is very similar to this case. This has helped keep them looking new so I'm hoping to get the same results or at least last longer between coats. UPDATE 04/19/2021: I've had this on my Jeep since November 2019. and was driving 70-75 mph when suddenly the cover came off. I tried to get over and stop before he flew away but I didn't have time. I stopped and backed up, but I was on a three-lane road with good traffic, and the sidewalk naturally ended up in the furthest lane from me. I sat watching the traffic looking for a breather and almost wrote it off as it was hit by a lot of vehicles and I couldn't imagine it being of any use. Just as I was about to break free I had a good break so I ran out and got it. When I got where I wanted to be, I was shocked. I couldn't tell that he had been beaten, run over and generally beaten. He had practically no damage. I couldn't find any breaks or holes. What happened was that the rubber band loosened over time and just couldn't handle the higher sustained speed over 70. Since the case is still usable, I just used the two Velcro straps I had. around the house and used one on each side to attach the cover to the winch. One right in the power wires and the other right in the clutch lever. This way the straps cannot slip off. It shouldn't be either way. I also have another winch on my truck (Smittybilt X20 12k) but it's a hidden winch in my bumper so it won't work with anything that has a jeep cover. but it's still in great condition and these cases represent excellent value for money.
