I love how quickly they get back with me when reaching out about my background being similar to theirs! They were very helpful in answering all of our questions related to their hiring process as well as any other inquiries we had throughout the interview/hiring process.

It was an extremely quick communication from beginning-to end between myself & Lions Recruiting Team which made it easy not only during this initial phone call but after too! There wasn't anything really at first glance - however there may be if your profile isn’t quite what they're looking for or if you don’t have experience like them (ie Sales). If you do fit into one of these categories then definitely reach out early so they can give some consideration before interviewing others who might otherwise work just fine!!
