This is a great little portable machine! I used industrial blind stitch but wanted something small and portable for my home sewing workshop. I did a lot of research on different models available. It seemed to have the best track record. I contacted the seller with a few questions and a customer service representative. got back to me quickly with all the answers I needed. I'm having trouble finding good quality needles for this machine. I didn't want to buy a car without buying needles and having a good supplier. A customer service representative found needles for me and helped me order a machine and needles. It was he who influenced my decision to buy this car from this seller. I will never forget how helpful he was. Thanks to his care and help, I bought a typewriter and some needles. I LOVE this little car. It does an excellent job! GRATITUDE!
