Hello everybody. I've had the phone for eight months, and over that time the hinge has grown loose, meaning the upper folding portion is leaning in the direction of the volume buttons and the lock (this play is getting stronger every month). The warranty service, however, is now the most annoying part. The technician comes to you without performing any diagnostics and tells you at a glance that this is normal and just a result of normal wear and tear. If you want to damage the display (push the screen with a ballpoint pen), however, you will be completely replaced with a display with a mechanism, which will eliminate the backlash. This procedure costs 7,500, but it is covered by your device's warranty. Only good for a half day, the battery is quite poor. Because of this, a phone purchased for 96,000 in half a year is worthless, and the user is not happy with the flaw because it is so obvious that his first thought is, "How long has he got left?" The issue remains there for the remaining 4 months of the phone's warranty. This cell phone is just what you need if you want to look foolish for a cool $100,000.
