This hat is NOT loose. I am very disappointed that it fits like a normal plain winter knit hat. I've seen others say that even if you have a big head (I guess that's my problem, although I've never had this problem before) it will still fit. Well it isn't. At least not as shown. It's very soft, I love it, but I probably won't wear it because it doesn't look like what I expected. And gloves, in the photo there are black fingertips, I have white ones. The grips for using your phone are lower on your finger and away from where you would normally touch the screen. Generally a disappointment. I bought a Queenfur hat and scarf and they are GORGEOUS! Fits as pictured and very warm. I look forward to the winter to wear them.
