Review on πŸ–±οΈ Cooler Master MM720: White Matte Lightweight Gaming Mouse | Ultraweave Cable, 16000 DPI, RGB, Claw Grip Shape by Leroy Estell

Light and very comfortable mouse, but its main disadvantage is the software

I have a white glossy one. I really wanted matte white, but that option is not available. The glossy white doesn't look bad, but I prefer a more subtle matte look to match my other peripherals. This is the smallest, lightest, and uniquely shaped mouse I've ever owned. I decided to buy it because of the great reviews online, the white color and cable, the light weight and the interesting shape. I can honestly say that I generally like how it feels in my hand. I have tiny hands with a large palm and holding this mouse feels natural. I like the extra width to accommodate my ring and pinky fingers, which no longer drag across the table when using the mouse. The standard lower legs are fine. They glide easily enough, but they're not the smoothest I've ever felt. I thought I wouldn't like this mouse because I have trypophobia but luckily the honeycomb design doesn't bother me. What I absolutely dislike about this mouse is the software. I prefer mice with numerous performance settings, but the Cooler Master software has to be one of the most minimal and worst in my opinion. I can't initially assign volume control, window orientation, or desktop view to any of the buttons. I only have 'previous' and 'next' web browser controls. For me, this is a big minus, so I will probably return this mouse. It feels good in the hand, but doesn't help me in my daily work.
