The mouse buttons creak due to the poor design of the cooler housing. They can try to get a gold sample but all their mice will squeak due to the friction of the plastic. The easiest way to fix this is to lubricate the trigger assembly. This is an imperfect product in every respect. But it works well, weighs nothing and feels very comfortable. Do not touch with small hands. I wouldn't recommend it for palm trees either.
