I like it. I really only use one at a time for a sore knee. I have tried various knee arthritis remedies with a torn meniscus and this type of brace seems to work the best. Not sure why as I've bought more expensive braces but I think it has something to do with them keeping the heat around the knee warm after wearing them for a while. I had a similar pair but thinner and firmer which seemed to work better but wore out after a long time of use. They're a little thicker and probably better made, but a little less snug fitting, but I suspect they'll shrink a bit after washing. I have the large one and I'm pretty sure the middle one would be too tight. I've been trying to find something simple like this for a while.
