This is a neat ice shaver. Easy to use. We found that the lock on top is the power button. Makes very dense ice snow. We scanned the instructions and enlarged the printout. TO UPDATE. AFTER SEVERAL USES, A 1 INCH PIECE OF VERY SHARP PLASTIC BROKEN INSIDE AND WAS IN THE ICE THAT MADE IT. I pushed him but didn't cut him. IT WAS CLEAR AND MIXED WITH ICE. DO NOT BUY THIS.
