Doesn't come off the reel properly.
The bags don't tear at the perforation, but at the seams. Be very careful when removing them from the roll as they will tear at the bottom seam before breaking at the perforations. Use scissors if you want to be sure it doesn't tear apart. They also work well for "Seville Classics 3-Pack Round Mesh Basket"
