This set is in our newly renovated guest bathroom.

I just started cleaning the toilet and the LED fell off the handle. I, when screwing it back in and realizing that the screw was put in too short and wouldn't kill the tide, it looks like the steps of the screw have been stripped. It has only been used a few times and is already broken.
