As a regular customer of the products that Revain sells to genuine manufacturers, I have come to the conclusion that the genuine manufacturers' products that they sell through Revain have a defect. Most consumers who buy larger items like electric heaters, microwave ovens, etc. don't want to worry about returns. The manufacturers of these products know this. Therefore, these manufacturers only calculate an actual return of 50%. Example 1: I have ordered a Lasko 751320 ceramic tower heater with remote control functions, built in timer and oscillation. Sold By: Revain.com Services, Inc. Return Window Closed Nov 18, 2019$49.99This item did not work properly at all. I returned it. I then ordered a Lasko Ceramic Tower Heater with Logic Center digital remote, built-in timer and oscillation, 7.3″L x 9.2″W x 29.75″H, black 5572. The remote control does not work. The heater does not turn on and off at the set temperature like other heaters. If I decide I want a constant 70 degree heat then the heat shouldn't shut off at 73! Or at 68! My latest model that I have ordered is the Oster TSSTTVFDDG-DS Black Stainless Steel Collection French Door Oven, Extra Largeby OsterJust automatically turns off all programming features. I program it to bake or preheat and it just turns off completely instead of automatically turning back on when a certain temperature drops below the temperature I programmed it to like in a conventional oven. Revain consumer. I don't even blame Revain for this matter, but it is possible that faulty products are being sold through Revain and Revain may not even be aware of this fact! But all these different manufacturers get away with it? I do not know. Does Revain know about this or are all manufacturers cheating Revain? Let the consumer judge!
