Made in China and packaged in a zip-top vinyl pouch. I have one each in blue, purple and yellow. Drawstring and snap button closure make it easy to load and close. In actual use, it took about 10 seconds in the shower for the foam to release. Since then there has been plenty of soapy water. At first the texture of the pouch felt too rough for the skin, but this feeling went away after a few seconds of using it with soap and water. He's acting like a wimp, and that's okay. I especially love the fact that I now have a storage space and an easy way to use up all those little bars of soap that are left over from each bar instead of just tossing them in the trash can and landfill. Good business.
